You see fire sprinklers, we see pending water damage.

Even though fire sprinklers are required in every commercial structure, which is aimed to protect against or limit damage caused by fire. Even when the system functions perfectly the resulting water damage from putting out the fire can sometimes be equal or greater than the fire itself. In the photo a Fire sprinkler hadn't been triggered by a fire rather succumbed to mechanical failure that allowed primer oil and water to leak out onto the gymnasium flooring. SERVPRO quickly responded and removed the oil and water, the tech then set up drying equipment addressing trapped and bound moisture beneath the court flooring.
