Water heater in Sautee floods basement

This was a damage caused by a leaking water heater in Sautee GA. 100% of the Basement was affected and having ran for an undetermined amount of time caused mold to grow on the drywall and also damaged the carpeting. SERVPRO's responding techs were able to remove the water and all damaged materials on the first day of service and begin the restoration of affected content items(notice the water wicking up the ottoman). Once the damaged materials were removed our techs were able to treat and dry the remaining structural and content items giving way to our reconstruction division to replace the damaged materials.
