Water Damage from Hot Water Heater

This homeowner came home to find a hot water heater that busted in their finished basement. After the homeowner called SERVPRO they were able to call their local water company to have the hot water heater replaced the next day.

When our techs got onsite were able to assess the water damage and start the process to make their home "like it never happened".

The before pictures shows water damage on the carpet in their finished basement. The carpet was not damaged so the homeowner was able to save the carpet.

The after picture shows we had to remove the wet carpet and dry out the area.
